Job Description

• Position Title: Warehouse Supervisor
• Working Location: Tuas
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30 AM – 5.30 PM) & Alternate Saturday (8.30 AM – 12.30 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a warehouse section to support daily operational goals and customer requirements
• Support and lead improvement projects to enhance warehouse operations
• Communicate with customers to resolve operational issues
• Guide and train junior staff and team members on warehouse operations
• Ensure daily warehouse activities meet operational targets and service standards
• Plan manpower allocation to support operational needs efficiently
• Promote a positive and supportive work environment
• Support workplace safety practices and share safety information with the team
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance when required
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Support process improvements to improve operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Prepare operational updates and identify areas for improvement
• Carry out other duties assigned

• At least 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or team leading role
• Able to coordinate daily warehouse activities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with inventory handling and warehouse procedures
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Familiar with workplace safety practices and operational procedures
