Job Description

- Position Title: Admin Assistant
- Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (8.00am to 5pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and statements of accounts.
- Prepare payment vouchers and related accounting documents.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Prepare and send emails to customers regarding orders, invoices, deliveries, and general enquiries.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, delivery orders, payment vouchers, and other administrative records.
- Support daily office administrative duties.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor.

- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Prior experience in administrative, clerical, or accounting support duties will be advantageous.
