HR Generalist

Location: North-east
Work arrangement: Onsite (Required to travel to different sites in Singapore)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail, operations, and blue-collar positions
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Support monthly payroll processing and HR administration
• Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary and performance issues
• Work closely with managers to address manpower challenges and staff concerns
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in retail, F&B, logistics, manufacturing, or other high-volume hiring environments
• Hands-on experience in mass recruitment and payroll operations
• Comfortable managing challenging employee relations cases
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
