Our client is in the hair treatment industry and they have a few openings for the Customer Service Officer position
This is a customer-facing role focused on front-of-house operations, appointment scheduling, and administrative support. The position prioritizes a welcoming personality and communication skills over prior experience, making it ideal for individuals looking to grow within a customer service or retail/clinic operations environment
Responsibilities
Customer Communication: Handling incoming phone calls and managing the outlet's WhatsApp channel.
Appointment Management: Scheduling, confirming, and managing customer bookings.
Front Desk Administration: Greeting customers, handling registration, and managing payment collection.
Outlet Support: Ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly alongside the team.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese is required to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients.
- Technical Skills: Basic comfort with Microsoft Excel and handling business interactions via WhatsApp
- Interpersonal Traits: Friendly, people-oriented, and team-focused with positive energy.
- Experience: No prior experience needed—a strong passion and willingness to learn are highly valued.
