Designer 2D/3D

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 2D Designer to join our events and exhibitions team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visual designs that bring event experiences to life — from corporate functions and roadshows to exhibitions and brand activations. The ideal candidate should have strong design sense, a good understanding of branding, and experience in preparing print-ready artworks for production. Key Responsibilities ● Conceptualize and develop creative 2D visuals for: o Event branding and identity o Stage backdrops, banners, posters, and signage o Exhibition panels, standees, and wayfinding graphics o Marketing collaterals such as EDMs, invitations, and brochures

● Ensure design concepts are aligned with project objectives, timelines, and brand guidelines.

● Collaborate with 3D designers, project managers, and production vendors to ensure design feasibility and consistency.

● Prepare and verify print-ready artwork files for large-format and digital printing.

● Support internal creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative visual ideas. Requirements ● Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline

. ● 1–3 years of experience in design, preferably within the events, exhibitions, or creative agency industry.

● Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). ● Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

● Able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

● A keen eye for detail and passion for creative storytelling.

● Good communication and teamwork skills. Work Environment
