Head/Senior Barista

Monthly Salary: UP to $4500 (Negotiable)

Working Address: Multiple locations

Working hours: 5 Days work week | 44 hours 

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive coffee and beverage programme across outlets

• Support the Operations Manager / Outlet Supervisor in daily outlet operations

• Train, mentor, and guide barista team members to meet company standards

• Collaborate with the team to create and refine seasonal beverage menus, recipes, and processes

• Ensure all beverages are prepared and served to consistent quality and presentation standards

• Follow established workflows and operational procedures

• Deliver professional and attentive service to customers

• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

• Monitor and respond to customer feedback on beverage quality and presentation

• Perform daily housekeeping and basic equipment maintenance

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in front-of-house areas

Qualification and Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior barista role

• Strong knowledge and interest in coffee, including sourcing, roasting, and brewing

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work across multiple outlet locations as required
