Commis / Demi Chef

Monthly Salary: UP to $2600 (Negotiable)

Working Address: Carpenter Street, Clarke Quay 

Working Hours: 5 Days, 44 Hours per week.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Support daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow and consistent service quality

• Maintain high standards in food preparation and presentation

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld at all times

• Comply with all relevant food safety and hygiene regulations (e.g. NEA guidelines)

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team on food preparation and service

• Stay updated on menu offerings and ingredients

• Assist team members with kitchen duties as required

• Contribute to delivering a positive and memorable dining experience for guests

Qualification and Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant culinary experience preferred

• Culinary certification or diploma is an advantage

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
