Bridal Jewellery Planner

Working Address: Orchard

Monthly Salary: UP to $3500 (Negotiable) 

Working hours:  5-day work week, including weekends and public holidays

     Shift 1: 10am to 7pm

     Shift 2: 1pm to 10pm

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming retail experience for customers.

• Support day-to-day retail operations, including inventory management and store upkeep.

• Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations in a professional and attentive manner.

• Participate in wedding events, roadshows, and exhibitions when required.

• Contribute ideas to improve customer experience, communication processes, and business operations.

• Support the team with additional operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is preferred.

• Candidates without prior experience but with a strong interest in jewelry, design, or customer service are welcome to apply.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.

• Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Team player with good listening skills and attention to customer needs.

• Comfortable trying new approaches and taking on new challenges.

• Interested in growing together with the brand as the business expands.

• This role requires proficiency in spoken Mandarin to effectively support and communicate with a predominantly Mandarin-speaking customer base.
