Client Overview:
Our client is a Singapore-based lifestyle and retail company managing premium and niche brands. They focus on luxury, lifestyle and resale products; offering high-quality, curated experiences and engaging content to customers who value quality and style.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with inquiries and service guidance.
- Receive buy-in items; support documentation, tagging and processing.
- POS/Cashier operations, sales reconciliation, and payment processing.
- General administrative tasks: scheduling, filing, data entry, and email correspondence.
- Inventory management and stockroom organisation.
- Coordinate and report with Japan HQ.
Qualifications:
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (required for stakeholder communication and liaising with Japan HQ).
- Additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in customer service, retail, or administrative roles preferred.
- Detail-oriented, honest and careful in handling cash and personal information.
- Interest in luxury or pre-owned goods is a plus (training provided for newcomers).
