Job Description

Monthly Salary: Up to S$5.5k/month (Negotiable)
Working Address: CBD
Working Hours: 44 hours/week, 5 days

Client Overview:
Our client is a Singapore-based lifestyle and retail company managing premium and niche brands. They focus on luxury, lifestyle and resale products; offering high-quality, curated experiences and engaging content to customers who value quality and style.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers with inquiries and service guidance.
  • Receive buy-in items; support documentation, tagging and processing.
  • POS/Cashier operations, sales reconciliation, and payment processing.
  • General administrative tasks: scheduling, filing, data entry, and email correspondence.
  • Inventory management and stockroom organisation.
  • Coordinate and report with Japan HQ.


Qualifications:

  • Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (required for stakeholder communication and liaising with Japan HQ).
  • Additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, retail, or administrative roles preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, honest and careful in handling cash and personal information.
  • Interest in luxury or pre-owned goods is a plus (training provided for newcomers).
