ACMV Manager (Building & M&E Projects | Career Progression Opportunity)

Our Client are seeking an experienced ACMV Manager to lead and manage Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) works for building and infrastructure projects in Singapore.

This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of project delivery, working closely with management, consultants, and project teams to ensure successful execution from planning through commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ACMV (Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) works from project planning through completion and handover.
• Oversee installation activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams on technical and site matters.
• Review drawings, technical submissions, and resolve design and coordination issues.
• Manage testing & commissioning activities to ensure system performance meets project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, and workmanship quality on site.
• Support procurement planning, cost monitoring, variation orders (VO), and project reporting.
• Supervise engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with WSH safety regulations, quality standards, and authority requirements.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of ACMV experience in Singapore construction projects.
• Proven experience managing ACMV installation and commissioning works.
• Good knowledge of Singapore codes, BCA regulations, and authority submissions.
• Experience working with M&E contractors or main contractors preferred.
• Ability to read and review technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
