Senior Leasing Executive/ Assistant Manager
Job Description
Due to our rapid expansion in Singapore, Luckin Coffee Singapore is looking for a driven and ambitious Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, Business Development (Leasing) to join our growing team.
Role Overview
Drive Luckin Coffee Singapore’s expansion by independently identifying, evaluating, and securing high-potential sites, and delivering new store openings in a fast-paced growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Drive store expansion plans and support annual opening targets.
Independently source, evaluate, and secure sites across malls, commercial buildings, transport hubs, and residential areas.
Conduct site visits, feasibility studies, and accurately document findings in internal systems.
Lead lease negotiations and manage relationships with landlords, agents, and developers.
Proactively track market trends, competitor movements, and new retail opportunities.
Prepare site proposals and approval papers for management review.
Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure smooth site handover and store launch execution.
** Candidates with more relevant experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager position.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail expansion, leasing, site acquisition, or F&B development.
Proven track record in opening and delivering retail/F&B stores.
Strong understanding of Singapore retail landscape.
Strong negotiator with a hunter mindset and ability to close deals independently.
Self-starter who is highly independent, resourceful, and comfortable operating with minimal supervision.
Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven expansion environment.
Experience in coffee chains, QSR, or multi-site retail expansion is an advantage.
