Sales Specialist

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Explore and develop new overseas markets, and formulate effective sales strategies.
• Manage and train the sales team to ensure the achievement of team targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide data support for product positioning and market strategies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to drive product promotion activities in overseas markets.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Singapore citizen or PR; Fluent in Chinese and English
• Strong market analysis and business development capabilities.
• Able to conduct independent business negotiations and manage client relationships.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, adaptable to international travel, and able to communicate efficiently with overseas clients.
• Strong team spirit, with the ability to lead a team to achieve targets.
