Job Summary

Our client is a growing enrichment centre providing PSLE and AEIS tuition courses. They seek driven individuals eager to learn and grow in sales and marketing, with opportunities for leadership development. Experience is not required; attitude and humility are valued.

Responsibilities

Apply ethical sales and marketing techniques through hands-on learning to support business objectives
Collaborate with team members to plan and execute brand campaigns for established clients to increase brand awareness
Build and maintain strong client and customer relationships to drive business growth
Seek and engage in leadership development opportunities to prepare for advancement into leadership roles

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline)
• Teaching experience is a bonus (training provided!)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Organised, proactive, and energetic

Working Hours: 5.5 days

Working Location: Balestier

💰Salary: $3,000+commission
