Responsibilities

• Deliver fun and structured lessons that build strong foundational skills for student success
• Create a lively and supportive classroom environment that encourages student engagement
• Apply creative teaching methods to ensure every child comprehends lesson material
• Motivate students to achieve their personal best through encouragement and positive reinforcement
• Conduct engaging trial classes to attract and assess prospective students
• Communicate regularly with parents to report on student progress and development
• Track and monitor individual student growth to tailor teaching approaches effectively
• Contribute ideas and feedback during curriculum development and training sessions to enhance teaching quality

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Teaching experience is required (at least one year)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students and parents
• Organised, proactive, and energetic work approach
• Genuine enjoyment in working with children
