Job Description

Our client is an established premium garment care company serving luxury brands and high-end customers across Singapore.

We are seeking responsible and customer-oriented Delivery Drivers to support home collection and delivery operations across Singapore.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy driving, customer interaction, and working in a stable long-term environment with structured benefits and incentives.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Collection Operations

• Carry out scheduled collection and delivery of garments and household items
• Handle luxury garments and customer items carefully and professionally
• Ensure accurate tagging, documentation, and item handling procedures
• Follow assigned delivery routes efficiently and punctually
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of company vehicle
• Submit daily delivery updates and operational reports

Customer Service

• Provide professional and courteous service to customers
• Assist with customer enquiries during collection and delivery
• Maintain good customer relationships and brand image
• Ensure high service standards during all customer interactions

Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence
• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious driver
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable interacting with customers professionally
• Delivery or logistics experience is advantageous
• Familiarity with Singapore roads and routes preferred
• Able to work independently and manage schedules effectively

• Salary: Up to $2,800 per month
