Relationship Manager - Business/Corporates

Job Responsibilities:

• Acquire and onboard new business clients through prospecting, networking, and referrals 
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable financing solutions (secured and unsecured loans) 
• Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet loan disbursement targets 
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and proper KYC/documentation 
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate customers

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing or other related field
• Minimum 2 years of B2B or client-facing sales experience (candidates from financial services, construction, IT, or related industries are welcome to apply)
• On-the-job training will be provided 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
• Result-oriented with the ability to work independently and in teams
