Social Worker - OASIS, Centre for Fostering

Job Objective

To provide Casework and Counselling, Information and Referral services to individuals and families; to provide Community Work or Group work intervention within the boundaries of the Social Service Centre.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely response and relevant intervention to clients
• Tap on external schemes, services, programmes that can improve the well-being of clients
• Plan, organise, execute and evaluate community work interventions
• Other duties assigned by the Centre Head

Requirements

• Degree or Post-Graduate Diploma in Social Work
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience working with children and families, or at least 4 years of experience in the social service sector
