Workshop Crew Member

Looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented craft camera workshop crew member to support daily workshop operations, assist participants, and ensure a smooth and engaging learning experience. This role combines customer support, technical guidance, and studio/workshop management. Part time and full timers with no experience welcome. Eagerness and willingness to learn new skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting workshops

• Guide participants in assembling, handling, and testing

• Prepare and set up workshop materials, tools, and kits before each session

• Demonstrate safe and proper use of tools and equipment

• Troubleshoot issues

• Maintain workshop cleanliness and organization

• Manage inventory of parts and workshop supplies

• Help with participant registration and check-in

• Provide friendly customer service

• Assist with packing workshop kits and retail items when needed

Requirements

• Comfortable using small tools and handling delicate components

• Good communication and people-handling skills

• Patient and supportive when assisting guests

• Eagerness and willingness to learn new skills. Organized and detail-oriented

• Physically comfortable with light manual tasks
