Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT market

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts

  • Understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT solutions (hardware, software, services, cloud, data center, cybersecurity, etc.)

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals

  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure solution accuracy

  • Track sales activities and maintain CRM records

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs

  • Stay updated on IT products, market trends, and competitor activities

  • Provide post-sales support and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field

  • Proven experience in IT sales, B2B sales, or technology solutions sales

  • Strong understanding of IT products and services

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts

  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets

  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
