Sales Coordinator - West | Contract
Job Description
Location: West (Company transport provided)
Monday - Friday: 8.30AM - 5.30PM
A global engineering and technology company specializing in advanced water solutions, industrial pump systems, service maintenance, and energy-efficient fluid management solutions across commercial and industrial sectors.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule service repair and maintenance activities using internal service management systems
Handle customer enquiries and service requests via phone and email
Prepare simple quotations and coordinate follow-up activities
Support service engineers, contractors, and sales teams in daily operations
Assign service resources based on technical capability and availability
Coordinate spare parts availability and ensure timely service delivery
Work closely with finance team on payment terms and customer credit verification
Support customer master data and material code creation within SAP system
Collect and summarize service reports to improve operational performance
Provide basic technical and administrative support related to service operations
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in service coordination or similar technical support role
Experience in industrial equipment, pump systems, or technical service environment preferred
Familiar with Microsoft Office and SAP systems
Strong coordination, communication, and customer service skills
Able to work effectively with internal stakeholders, customers, and contractors
