Our client is a Semiconductor testing services to Major Semicon related MNCs. Our client is also one of the Top Ten Semiconductor in globally.

Engineering Technician Job Description :

• Assisting engineering teams in setting up the test equipment for engineering and production.
• Manage all Test & Backend Equipment sustaining i.e. Bench, ATE, Handlers, Thermostream, ICOS, Laser Mark, etc.
• Perform Test program correlations and reject verifications.
• Prepare Test hardware for remote testing, ability to load and do sanity check on test program.
• Carry out characterization on or sample screening based on internal team request.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronic / Electrical//Mechatronic/IT/Biochemical/Mechanical/computer/Architecture Engineering
• Higher Nitec/Nitec in Electronics/Electrical Mechatronic/IT/Biochemical/Mechanical/computer/Architecture
• Experience in HTOL support
• Experience with ATE Tester. Experience with 93K will be added advantage
• Hands on experience with Handlers, Probers, thermo stream testing equipment or bench test equipment added advantage
• Experience in working at product on/engineering semiconductor test facilities
• Ability to use Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint
