Warehouse Assistant - West Area

• Monday - Friday: 8.30AM - 5.30PM
• Location: West

A multinational company specializing in transportation equipment, commercial vehicle systems, automotive components, trailer technology, mobility solutions, and related spare parts distribution across the Asia Pacific region.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing stock movements within the warehouse.
• Perform pick-and-pack duties according to delivery orders and customer requirements.
• Conduct quantity and visual quality checks on incoming goods.
• Pack, label, and prepare goods for local delivery and overseas shipment.
• Coordinate with drivers on delivery schedules and loading activities.
• Load and unload goods from containers and delivery vehicles.
• Ensure proper allocation and storage of parts within warehouse racks.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support monthly stock checks.
• Assist in generating stock and inventory reports.
• Support upkeep and cleanliness of warehouse premises.
• Assist in maintaining warehouse equipment such as forklifts and lift trucks, and report any equipment issues.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure daily operational efficiency.
• Follow workplace safety and housekeeping standards at all times.

Job Requirements

• Minimum N Level.
• Experience working in a warehouse or store environment preferred.
• Familiar with receiving, storing, and delivery coordination processes.
• Physically fit and able to handle warehouse-related duties.
• Possess valid forklift license (PSA-approved 3–5 ton preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
