Job Description

Assist Warehouse Manager in running and overseeing the daily operations of Inbound Dept.
Ensure department performance met the customer’s contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
Manage daily operations, includes goods receipt, order administration, serviceable returns from customer, and life-saving equipment.
Lead the Inbound Team to ensure that all goods receiving, returns, inspection, updating of system, and put-away activities are well coordinated.
Liaise with the authority, purchasers, contractors, and end-user on enquiry of receipt, issue, loan, return, and LSE related matters.
Manage ad-hoc activities and exceptional cases, such as inventory discrepancy, returns, and invalid order.
Compile and computing of monthly Receipt and Return Performance Reports.
Ensure filing and documentations are completed in an efficient and systematically order for easy retrieval.
Compile and compute LSE data for management meeting with the authority.
Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with the safety regulation.
Manage manpower distribution on activity-based requirement.
Provide on-job training to the warehouse staff.
Perform Shift Duty Executive role to ensure Silent Hour Requests are attended to.
Any other tasks assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
