Sales Support Executive (New Client Solutions)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to support the sales team in managing customized logistics projects and coordinating internal resources to deliver efficient solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in managing customized customer projects, including requirement analysis, solution development, and operational coordination.

• Develop logistics solutions that may involve cross-border air, sea, and land transportation, as well as local transportation and warehousing services in Singapore.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, customer service, and overseas partners to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Prepare project proposals, presentations, and reports using PowerPoint and Excel.
• Monitor project progress and assist in resolving operational issues to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Support the sales team in preparing quotations, documentation, and other related administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry will be an advantage.
• Good skills in PowerPoint and Excel for preparing proposals and analyzing operational data.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
