Job Description
The National University of Singapore invites applications for the position of Research Assistant at the Centre for Sleep & Cognition, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. The research will involve the development and application of machine learning algorithms to brain MRI data.
Purpose of the post
We seek an enthusiastic and self-motivated Research Assistant to join our team.
Main duties and responsibilities
The Research Assistant will be expected to develop and apply machine learning algorithms to brain MRI and other health data. The candidate will also provide support to other projects in the Centre.
Qualifications
The applicant should:
- Have an honours (first class or high distinction or equivalent) in the Bachelor of Engineering, Computer Science, Math or related STEM discipline.
- Be able to work independently and in a team, have an investigative nature, attention to detail;
- Research experience in python and deep learning of brain MRI data.
