Job Description

Business Development

  • Identify and approach potential clients in the marine offshore sector.
  • Expand customer base through networking, cold calls, and site visits.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.

Sales & Account Management

  • Promote and sell company products and solutions (training will be provided).
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
  • Manage accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and timely follow-up.

Client Engagement

  • Conduct regular visits to shipyards, offshore contractors, and marine service providers.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
  • Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term partnerships.

Operational Coordination

  • Work closely with logistics and operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Monitor sales pipeline and report progress to management.
  • Share market feedback and competitor insights to support business strategy.

Reporting & Targets

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
  • Contribute to overall market growth in the marine offshore segment.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in outdoor sales or business development (marine/offshore industry preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to client sites.
  • Product and technical training will be provided.
