We are looking for a responsible and organized individual to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and process sales orders
• Coordinate daily production planning and delivery arrangements
• Support daily administrative and filing duties
• Communicate with customers and internal departments
• Assist in general office coordination
Requirements:
• Able to communicate in Chinese and English
(A certain level of Mandarin communication skills is required, as most of our customers communicate in Chinese.)
• Basic computer knowledge and Microsoft Office skills
• Good communication and multitasking abilities
• Responsible, organized, and willing to learn
• Minimum 2 years of working experience preferred
• Telephone sales experience is an advantage
