Qualification, Skill & Experience

• Must have a social work degree or equivalent youth work experience/qualifications

• Registered with MOE (REMS)

• At least 3 years of social work experience – skilled in rapport building, interpersonal interactions, problem-solving, and programme planning/implementation

• Basic or advanced counselling certifications
