Investigation Officer (Team Lead)

We’re Hiring: Investigation Officer (Team Lead).

Start Date: Immediate

*Job Description: *

• Lead and supervise the investigation team.
• Conduct interviews and record statements from witnesses/offenders.
• Gather, preserve, and manage admissible evidence.
• Prepare investigation reports and case files.
• Assess evidence and provide recommendations.
• Support CAAS and Attorney-General's Chambers (AGC) until case conclusion, including appeals.
• Present evidence in court and testify as a prosecution witness when required.
• Coordinate monthly work schedules and reporting structure.
• Ensure compliance with approved SOPs and investigation procedures.

Job Requirement:

· Minimum 10 years or more of relevant investigative experience.

· Working Days (Monday to Friday ).

Conduct investigations into contraventions of:

· The Air Navigation Act 

· The Air Navigation Order 

· The Air Navigation (101 – Unmanned Aircraft Operations) Regulations 2019 

· Other legislation under the jurisdiction of CAAS
