Investment and Asset Manager

Key tasks:

·       Evaluate potential investment opportunities across asset classes e.g. real estate, equities, funds

·       Manage and handle all financial aspects of an investment from start to end, including financial due diligence, financial modelling, build valuations from scratch, participate in negotiations, manage and monitor financial trades, tracking and monitoring financial performances, investor report preparations etc.

·       Possess solid financial analysis skills, excellent attention to detail, competent inbuilding complex financial models, and able to organize and present financial analysis clearly

·       Drafting investment papers, coordination of consultants, legal advisors, partners to deliver an integrated proposal, as well as meticulous in documentation

Job Requirements:

·       At least a Bachelor’s degree, preference in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Real Estate

·       Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in investment, Private Equity or Corporate Finance

·       Familiar with at least an asset class: Real Estate, Equity Market, Private Equity

·       Fluent in English and Mandarin, able to read and write

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·       Team player
