Accredited Checker

We areseeking a qualified and experienced Accredited Checker (AC) to join our teamfor building and infrastructure projects in Singapore.

Requirements

• Registered Accredited Checker with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), Singapore
• Registered Professional Engineer with Professional Engineer Board (PEB) in Singapore
• Relevant experience in structural design checking and regulatory submissions
• Familiar with Singapore codes, regulations, and submission procedures
• Experience in high-rise residential, commercial, institutional, or infrastructure projects will be an advantage

Scope of Work

• Independent checking of structural calculations and drawings
• Review of design compliance with relevant codes and authority requirements
• Coordination with Qualified Persons (QP), consultants, and project teams
• Endorsement of AC reports, Structural plans, calculations, and regulatory submissions as Accredited Checker
• Attend technical discussions and coordinate with relevant parties where required
