Job Description

Job Scope

  • Handling walk-in clients at retail storefront, encompassing both sales and buyback transactions during office hours.
  • Effectively engage in customer interactions, offering product knowledge and making tailored recommendations to guide purchasing decisions.
  • Accurately evaluate and assess purity and value of items (both bullion and scrap) brought in by customers for potential repurchase, adhering to established buyback policies and guidelines.
  • Providing assistance in phone, online, and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner, including addressing customers’ concerns and issue resolution.
  • Reach out to prospective clients and collaborate with internal teams for successful acquisition and onboarding of clients.
  • Ensuring and performing KYC/AML/IPPC filing and client onboarding support and related requirements.
  • Achieve team sales objectives and outcomes to meet agreed monthly/quarterly targets.

Requirements

  • Past experience in Jewellery Retail or Pawnshop business will have strong advantage
  • Motivated team player
  • Strong interpersonal skills and service-oriented mindset
