Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain project status reports, management dashboards, and operational reporting across projects, operations, risk, and vendor management functions.
  • Deliver ad hoc reports and insights to support leadership decision-making, audits, and governance activities.
  • Track and analyze operational KPIs, SLAs, incident trends, defect rates, and lifecycle metrics to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure reporting accuracy, data quality, and reporting cadence consistency while driving automation of recurring reports where possible.
  • Support process governance and standardization initiatives, including SOPs, templates, documentation, and operational best practices.
  • Manage internal and external audit activities, including audit coordination, evidence gathering, remediation tracking, GRC updates, RFIs, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor technology risks, incidents, audit observations, and compliance issues while ensuring timely escalation and closure tracking.
  • Maintain governance and knowledge management artifacts such as playbooks, control catalogs, FAQs, and training materials.
  • Support vendor governance activities including TPRA, vendor onboarding, contract renewals, SLA tracking, BCM, and third-party risk assessments.
  • Oversee technology asset lifecycle management including hardware/software refresh planning, obsolescence tracking, license management, and decommissioning activities.
  • Coordinate procurement operations, vendor enablement, sourcing activities, and compliance processes.
  • Support vulnerability management, remediation tracking, security assessments, ISRA renewals, and compliance validation activities.
  • Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders on technology governance initiatives, ORSA submissions, budgeting, obsolescence management, and delivery timelines.
  • Support RTB Capex project governance including budget tracking, approvals, escalation management, and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 8–12 years of experience in technology operations, PMO support, technology governance, risk management, or audit/compliance functions within banking or large enterprise environments.
  • Strong experience in operational reporting, dashboard creation, KPI tracking, and management reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to interpret operational data and present clear, concise, and actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience supporting audits, evidence management, remediation tracking, issue management, and compliance processes.
  • Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks and regulatory environments within financial institutions.
  • Experience in vendor lifecycle management, procurement coordination, contract governance, and third-party risk management.
  • Understanding of technology asset lifecycle management, vulnerability management, obsolescence tracking, and compliance validation processes.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros), Jira, and SharePoint/Confluence.
  • Experience automating recurring reports and improving reporting efficiency and data quality standards.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
  • Industry certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or related certifications are preferred.
