Job Description

Prepare tenders, measurement and preparation of bill of quantities and quotations.
Attend site meetings with consultants and sub-contractors.
Ensure works on site are carried out according to specifications / drawings.
Monitor work progress and control workmanship on site.
Prepare claim and monthly project progress claim
Evaluate and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
Conduct cost analysis for project and maintenance works for bidding purposes, including value engineering to optimize project designs and construction methods to achieve cost-effectivenessPrepare tenders, measurement and preparation of bill of quantities and quotations.
