Drafter / BIM Specialist (M&E)

Drafter / BIM Specialist (M&E) We are looking for a detail‑oriented Drafter / BIM Specialist to support our Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) projects. This role is critical in producing accurate technical drawings, coordinating BIM models, and ensuring smooth integration of design and construction requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop M&E shop drawings, construction drawings, and as‑built documentation.

• Create and update BIM models (Revit) for coordination across disciplines, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.

• Collaborate with project engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve design discrepancies and technical issues.

• Maintain drawing registers and ensure timely submission of documentation to stakeholders.

• Support design reviews by providing clear, precise drawings and visualizations.

• Ensure all drafting and BIM outputs comply with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements.

• Assist in integrating design changes and managing revisions in BIM models and drawings.

• Provide technical support during site coordination, inspections, and project handover.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years of drafting or BIM coordination experience in M&E or construction industries in Singapore.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Revit BIM is strongly preferred.

• Attention to Detail: Strong ability to produce accurate drawings and models with minimal errors.

• Communication: Ability to liaise effectively with engineers, consultants, and contractors.

• Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple drawing submissions and revisions under tight deadlines.

• Safety Awareness: Familiarity with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations is an advantage.
