Duties & Responsibilities

Watchfully responds to client inquiries in a professional manner and ensures that concerns are addressed quickly and completelyGathers customer information thoroughly and effectively, accesses and satisfies client demandsProvides professional customer support with a forthcoming mindset for customers to keep coming back and avoid unpleasant future encountersMaintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all timesAttends to and communicates promptly to address customers' queries at the most excellent approachAcknowledges and resolves customer feedback and concernsCommunicates and coordinates with team and managementEnsures customer satisfaction and increases customer retentionGathers customer satisfaction levels and feedback on customer services for continuous improvementProvides feedback on the efficiency of the operations and customer service process
