Job Description

About Privé Technologies

We power the digital wealth platforms of 60+ financial institutions across 16 jurisdictions — from global private banks to regional asset managers. Our modular software runs portfolios, rebalancing, reporting, and the next wave of AI-driven advisory in production, at scale, for some of the most demanding institutions in Asia and Europe.

Our mission: become the world's largest provider of AI-powered WealthTech to financial institutions. We're building it now — and you'd be building it with us.

Role Summary

You're the person clients trust to get them live and keep them winning. You own the relationship end to end — from signed contract to go-live to steady state — hitting milestones and feeding everything you learn back into a better product.

It blends three muscles: the discipline of project management, the rigour of business analysis, and the instinct of client success. You're the bridge between sophisticated banks and our engineers — turning client needs into buildable requirements, managing expectations honestly, and balancing what one client wants against what keeps the platform strong for all 60+.

If you want to own the outcome, not just the timeline — and do it in a company shipping genuinely new things in wealth and AI — read on.

Key Responsibilities

Client Project Management & Delivery

  • Delivery you own. Run client implementations from handover to hypercare. Build the plan, spec the Jira tickets, unblock engineering, and surface timeline risk early — not late. Take every deliverable across the line on time. Catch scope changes before they catch you.
  • The voice of the client in the product. Turn scattered requests into prioritised, documented input. Tell a real market need from a one-off. Show up to sprint planning with data — how many clients want it, what revenue's at stake, what the workaround costs — and win the argument.
  • Operations that don't break. Triage and resolve BAU support, diagnose fast (data? config? product? user?), and route accordingly. Own a clean transition to steady state. Watch client health and flag risk before frustration becomes churn. Partner with Data Ops to keep client data right.
  • Standards that scale. Keep client-facing guides and operational runbooks sharp and current. Replace tribal knowledge with documentation. Spot repeatable patterns and turn them into templates and automation that make the next delivery faster.
  • Relationships you carry. Be the first call for operational matters. Manage expectations with clarity — especially when things slip. Hold your own in client meetings, translating technical constraints into language a banker gets. Loop in design before UI/UX work hits engineering.

Requirements

Essential

  • 2+ years client-facing in SaaS, fintech, or financial services — implementation, client success, or business analysis.
  • A track record of juggling multiple client projects with competing deadlines and keeping them all moving.
  • Real grounding in wealth concepts: positions, transactions, account structures, advisory workflows, reporting.
  • Fluent in Jira (or equivalent) — backlogs, well-specified tickets, delivery tracking.
  • Sharp written and spoken English; client-ready documentation comes naturally.
  • A structured problem-solver who can isolate a data issue from a config gap from a product limit.
  • Thrives in a small, fast team where boundaries are fluid and initiative gets rewarded.

Desirable

  • Familiarity with wealth platforms and workflows (Portfolio Management, Rebalancing, Reporting, CRM, Asset Hub).
  • Data ingestion, reconciliation, or custody/market-data experience.
  • SQL for quick data checks.
  • Mandarin or Cantonese for HK clients.
  • A genuine pull toward AI features — MCP integration, AI-powered reporting — and the appetite to dive in.
