Job Description

• Process month‑end closing activities related to fixed asset transactions
• Prepare journal entries for deferred income and required adjustment entries
• Monitor and clear outstanding balances
• Prepare monthly audit schedules
• Coordinate annual fixed asset verification by distributing asset listings to custodians and reviewing returned confirmations
• Support ad‑hoc tasks and finance initiatives assigned by the immediate supervisor or management

The Successful Applicant

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
