• Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with local regulations in Singapore.
• Handle statutory contributions, tax calculations, and submissions.
• Prepare payroll reports and provide insights to the accounting & finance department.
• Respond to payroll-related queries from employees and resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist with audits by providing necessary payroll data and documentation.
• Collaborate with the accounting & finance team to ensure seamless financial operations.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and implement necessary adjustments.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payroll Executive should have:

• Proficiency in payroll systems and processes.
• A strong understanding of Singapore's payroll laws and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external authorities.
