Job Description

• 
  
  Define and lead the Consumer analytics and insights strategy aligned with corporate priorities, ensuring analytics initiatives deliver measurable business impact and enable strategic decision-making.
• 
  
  Drive enterprise-wide data transformation across commercial, customer, operational, and digital domains, strengthening the adoption of analytics and evidence-based decision-making.
• 
  
  Collaborate with senior business leaders to uncover growth opportunities, deepen customer insights, and enhance operational performance, improving revenue, retention, customer experience, and efficiency.
• 
  
  Build and lead high-performing analytics and BI teams, fostering strong capabilities, talent development, and a sustainable leadership pipeline.
• 
  
  Establish and enforce analytics governance and best practices, enhancing data quality, consistency, compliance, and overall governance maturity.
• 
  
  Oversee enterprise KPI management and executive reporting, delivering timely, accurate, and actionable performance insights for leadership decision-making.

  Partner with technology and data teams to modernize analytics platforms and infrastructure, enabling a scalable, reliable, and future-ready data ecosystem.

  Oversee analytics investments, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring optimal prioritization and utilization within the Consumer Data Squad.

  Drive innovation in analytics, AI, automation, and customer intelligence, advancing the organization's data and technology capabilities.

The Successful Applicant

  Lead the Consumer Group analytics, business intelligence, and insights function to drive data-driven decision-making, commercial growth, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

  Define and execute the enterprise analytics strategy, advancing AI and data capabilities while embedding a culture of evidence-based decision-making across the organization.
• 
  
  Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable strategies that support business transformation and long-term competitive advantage.

  Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations that improve revenue growth, customer retention, customer experience, and operational performance.
• 
  
  Establish robust data governance, analytics standards, and compliance practices to ensure high data quality, consistency, and governance maturity.
• 
  
  Build and lead high-performing analytics teams while driving adoption of analytics through executive dashboards, KPI management, and strategic performance reporting.
• 
  
  Develop scalable analytics platforms, tools, and operating models, ensuring measurable ROI from analytics, AI, and data transformation initiatives.
