Chemical Technician

The Role

As Chemical Technician, you play a key role in conducting tests, maintaining equipment, and ensuring high-quality production processes. You’ll work hands-on with chemicals, support process optimization, and ensure safety and environmental standards are met. Responsibilities include:

• Conduct Tests & Experiments: Perform tests on materials and chemicals using lab equipment.
• Equipment Maintenance: Calibrate and troubleshoot lab and production equipment.
• Data Analysis: Record, analyze, and prepare reports on test results.
• Quality Control: Monitor production to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
• Safety Compliance: Follow strict safety protocols and handle chemicals with care.
• Process Monitoring: Adjust variables during production for optimal outcomes.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to improve processes and develop new products.
• Inventory Management: Track chemicals and equipment, ensuring proper storage.
• Environmental Monitoring: Ensure environmental regulations are met and manage waste disposal.

Requirement

• Diploma in Chemical Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data.
• Familiarity with lab equipment and safety procedures.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.s
