Synthetic Chemist

We're looking for a motivated Synthetic Chemist to join our growing R&D team. You'll support the development and scale-up of new chemical compounds, working hands-on in the lab and contributing directly to real products. 

• Carry out organic synthesis and reaction development for pilot-scale production of chemical compounds.
• Optimize and improve synthetic processes for new chemical compounds.
• Analyze and characterize compounds using tools such as NMR, HPLC, IR, mass spectrometry, and optical spectroscopy.
• Work closely with R&D, analytical, and product teams to support project delivery.
• Troubleshoot issues in synthesis, purification, and characterization during experimental work.

Requirement

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• Experience with lab-scale reactors is a plus.
• Experience with analytical tools such as NMR, IR, HPLC, and mass spectrometry is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced lab environment.
