Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating revenue, acquiring new clients and sponsors, building strategic relationships, and driving business growth across FAMPOSO's events, memberships, and investment ecosystem platforms.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who enjoys relationship building, networking, and achieving performance-based rewards.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
Generate sponsorship revenue
Drive membership sales
Secure event registrations and delegate participation
Promote FAMPOSO conferences and ecosystem initiatives
Develop new business opportunities
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain client relationships
Follow up on sales leads
Manage customer accounts
Maintain CRM and sales pipeline records
Business Development
Identify potential sponsors and partners
Develop strategic sales opportunities
Create corporate partnership relationships
Support expansion into new markets
Event Sales
Promote and sell participation for:
Women Leadership Conference
Family Office Conclave
Private Capital Circle
SPARK 2050
International Leadership Conference
Reporting
Weekly sales reports
Monthly pipeline updates
Revenue forecasting
Client engagement tracking
Preferred Qualifications
2–10 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or relationship management
Strong networking and communication skills
Experience in sponsorship, events, consulting, financial services, real estate, media, or corporate sales is an advantage
Self-driven and target-oriented
Comfortable working independently and remotely
Eligibility
Applicants must:
Be legally eligible to work in Singapore
Hold Singapore Citizenship, Permanent Residency, Employment Pass, S Pass, Dependant Pass with LOC, or other valid work authorization
Be able to communicate professionally in English
