Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents.
  • Assist with new employee orientation and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.

Employee Records & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records.
  • Monitor probation confirmations, contract renewals, and work pass expiry dates.
  • Prepare HR letters, including employment verification and confirmation letters.
  • Ensure employee records are accurate and up to date.

Claims & Leaves Benefits Support

  • Assist in payroll preparation by compiling attendance, leave, and employee information.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits and insurance.
  • Maintain leave and attendance records.

Training & Employee Engagement

  • Coordinate training schedules and maintain training records.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.

HR Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
  • Support HR audits and documentation requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

General Administrative Support

  • Handle HR enquiries from employees.
  • Prepare HR reports and monthly manpower statistics.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
