Responsibilities

• Initiate cold calls to customers to secure service bookings and increase client engagement
• Deliver attentive customer service to address client inquiries and enhance satisfaction
• Manage reception tasks including greeting clients and coordinating appointments efficiently
• Conduct reminder calls to confirm upcoming appointments and reduce no-shows
• Prepare and issue accurate invoices for services rendered
• Perform day-end sales settlement to ensure accurate financial records
• Adapt to a challenging work environment with a positive and outgoing attitude
• Communicate effectively with clients to build rapport and promote services
• Demonstrate enthusiasm for working in the Beauty and Aesthetic industry

Working Hours

• Weekdays: 11am to 9pm
• Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays: 10am to 6pm

Off Days

• Six weekdays and one Sunday off per month
