Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedules
  • Handle emails, calls, and preparation of documents and reports
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-up
  • Arrange business travel, accommodation, visas, and itineraries
  • Support transportation needs during local and overseas business trips when required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 1 years working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and common office systems
  • Reliable, proactive, professional, and able to handle confidential matters with discretion
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in only Mandarin
  • Willing to travel when required
