Network Solution Lead
Job Description
Gather network requirements and design solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
Provide technical consulting, solution design, and implementation planning.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and service providers for successful project delivery.
Oversee implementation, change management, hypercare, documentation, and operational handover.
Support regional and global network initiatives and act as an escalation point for complex projects.
Lead network modernization through AI/ML-driven observability, automation, and predictive operations.
Collaborate with Network Engineering, Security, Cloud, Data Science, and Operations teams.
Develop dashboards, reports, and executive summaries to demonstrate network performance and business impact.
Integrate AI insights into automation workflows and ensure compliance with governance, security, and privacy requirements.
Supervise outsourced network resources and support technology/vendor selection activities.
Skills/Requirement
Strong knowledge of Cloud, LAN, WAN, Wireless, and at least two of the following: SD-WAN, Nexus Switching, WWAN, IPAM, Telco Management, F5/Load Balancing, Anycast, EIGRP/BGP.
Experience with network automation and AI-driven monitoring platforms (e.g., Itential, LogicMonitor, SelectorAI preferred).
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage complex network deployments.
Experience working in global, multi-region enterprise environments.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.
Willingness to support implementations during evenings and weekends when required.
Experience in regulated industries such as Healthcare or Pharmaceuticals.
Exposure to AI governance, model explainability, data privacy, and security best practices.
