What's your role?
Dasher Singapore is seeking a passionate Onsite Technician to join our team and support customers in experiencing the best of smart home technology. This role is ideal for tech-savvy individuals who enjoy working with people and want to make homes smarter and more convenient.
We are looking for someone who can work in a hybrid capacity, primarily based at our service centre, but also able to travel to customers’ homes when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Install Smart Appliances: Go to customers' homes to set up cool smart devices like robot vacuum cleaners, cordless vacuums, dishwashers, water purifiers, and smart lighting.
- Train Customers: Teach customers how to use their new gadgets effectively. Make sure they feel comfortable and excited about their smart home upgrades!
- Provide Tech Support: Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving any problems related to their smart devices, including smartphone app connectivity.
- Plumbing Knowledge: Use basic plumbing skills when installing appliances that need water connections, ensuring everything complies with Singapore’s housing standards.
- Water Purifier/Dispenser Experience: If you have experience with water purifiers or dispensers, that’s a big plus! It will help you provide even better service.
- Team Player: Work closely with your teammates to ensure every customer has a fantastic experience. Share tips and ideas to improve service quality.
What's the skill required?
- Knowledge & Experience in electrical repair work, install or replace pipe fittings
- Good command (both spoken and written) in English and 中文 in order to communicate with Chinese speaking customers and suppliers
- Valid Singapore 2B motorbike or 3A car license
- Able to work 5.5-Day a week, Mondays to Friday, 9am to 6pm, Saturday, 9am-1pm
Who's there to support you?
Do not worry! Everything starts with a training where your senior will guide you through our products information and internal communication process flow.After the onboard training session, you will be guided by your team lead starting the day-one you hands-on for repairing, you're not doing this alone! He will also be your mentor should you require assistance or clarification on all work-related matters.You will be involved into various internal sharing session about latest info on new product launching and new technology trending related news update.
