Junior/ Senior Quantity Surveyor | Electrical/ ACMV/ Construction [R22107578]

Candidates will be assessed based on relevant experience in Electrical, ACMV, or Interior Fit-Out projects and will be matched to the most suitable role according to their project exposure and expertise.

Summary:

• Junior Quantity Surveyor: $3,000 – $4,500

• Senior Quantity Surveyor: $4,500 – $6,000

• Multiple locations hiring: West/ East

• Multiple Industries:

  • Electrical: Involved in cost estimation and project management for electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and cabling works.

  • ACMV: Responsible for costing, coordination, and support for air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (HVAC) systems.

  • Construction (Interior Fit-Out): Manage budgeting, cost control, and estimation for renovation, carpentry, and interior finishing works.
    

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, tender submissions, and budget proposals

• Manage full scope of quantity surveying duties across pre-contract and post-contract stages

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve cost efficiency

• Prepare, monitor, and update project costings, variation orders (VO), and progress claims

• Track project budgets to ensure effective cost control and profitability

• Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients on contractual and commercial matters

• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Support project teams in achieving timely delivery and cost-effective project execution
  

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Engineering, or related field

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Electrical / ACMV / Construction projects

• Good understanding of construction contracts, costing, and tender processes

• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
