Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Recommend suitable eyewear products based on customers’ needs and preferences

• Handle customer enquiries and provide basic product information

• Maintain accurate records of customer prescriptions, work orders, and payments

• Support daily store operations including opening, closing, and housekeeping duties

• Assist with stock replenishment, receiving, and inventory arrangement

• Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and the store environment is well maintained

• Support the team in achieving sales and service targets

• Perform other ad-hoc retail duties assigned by the supervisor
  

Requirements:

• Entry-level candidates are welcome; retail experience will be an advantage

• Positive attitude, willing to learn, and a good team player

• Candidates with fashion retail, optical, or customer service experience will have an added advantage
